Mass Transit is a close harmony vocal quartet whose repertoire ranges from American Folk Hymns to Big Band Era Music to Gospel.  The group has been together for three years now, with some changes in membership. (Our original alto, Joanne Lesswing, moved to Florida.)  Current members of the group are Kim Coffey , soprano (a vocal music instructor at Keshequa Central School), Jackie Morgan, alto (a former Phys. Ed. Teacher retired to a life of golf), Frank Simone, tenor (outside sales at Avnet, Inc.), Doug Gray, bass ( The Sutherland Group) and Jack Morgan, keyboard (in his final year of teaching math at Keshequa Central School).  Mass Transit got its name when Doug pointed out that all the members lived on Massachusetts St. in Nunda, NY.  We now have one member (Kim Coffey) who lives three miles up the road in Dalton, NY, but we still rehearse on Massachusetts St.  Mass Transit is often joined in concert by friends from around Livingston County
