"Allan Howe & Friends" features Rich Greene on vocals and guitar and Howe on keyboards and vocals, as well as Gary Cummings on bass and Spanky Haschmann on drums and backing vocals. Performing swing-era music, nostalgic rock, and blues, the group plays tunes popularized by such diverse artists as Frank Sinatra, the Beatles, Duke Ellington, B.B. King, Wild Cherry, Ray Charles, Van Morrison, and many more, as well as occasional original songs, such as Greene's widely-popular "Mashed Potato Song."
